Shipping terms We are prefering useing FOB Yantian or FOB HuangPu as shipping terms as Yantian and HuangPu is closed to our factory, which can decrease freight cost and damage during the transportation. As the majority of goods are bulks, to decrease the freight cost, we suggest to consolidate all goods to one named part in Guangdong for those suppliers locating in Guangdong. Payment terms For early business order we will start the mass production after getting customers' 30% deposit and confirmation of sample. After Loading we will send out the copy of Bill of Lading to customers to release the 70% balance, then we will send original Bill of Lading to customers to pick up the goods. With the business development and growing credit between us, we can change the terms accordingly per mutual benifits. Regarding mutual benifits all terms could be discussed based on actual business conditions. Our purpose is to minimise unneccessary risk and make business successful. |
